You have the right to request the deletion of your Lunar Jewellers account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data is removed, what we may be required to retain, and how long the process takes.

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your account profile, login credentials and authentication records;
• Your business profile information and contact details;
• Wishlists and saved preferences associated with your account;
• Device tokens used for push notifications.

We may retain limited data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and order-request records needed for tax, accounting, or legal compliance, retained for the statutory period required under applicable law;
• Records necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions;
• Aggregated or fully anonymised data that can no longer be linked back to you.

5. Deletion Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to an additional 60 days before being permanently purged as part of our standard backup rotation cycle. You will receive email confirmation once your deletion request has been completed.
