Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Lunar Jewellers Does Not Ship Products
Lunar Jewellers is a digital catalogue and order-request platform. We do not manufacture, warehouse, package or ship any physical jewellery products. This Shipping Policy exists to clarify how physical fulfilment works in relation to the Service.
2. Our Role in the Order Process
When a buyer business submits an order request through Lunar Jewellers, our platform facilitates the communication of that request to the relevant supplier business — including, where enabled, forwarding a structured order summary via WhatsApp. Once an order request is confirmed between the two businesses, all subsequent fulfilment, packaging, shipping, courier selection, insurance and delivery arrangements are handled entirely outside of the Service by the supplier business.
3. Supplier Shipping Responsibility
Supplier businesses using Lunar Jewellers are solely responsible for determining their own shipping methods, carriers, costs, delivery timelines, and insurance arrangements for confirmed orders. Buyers should confirm shipping terms directly with their supplier before finalising an order.
4. Order Status & Tracking
The Service allows suppliers to update the status of an order request (for example, Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Dispatched) to keep buyers informed. This status reflects information provided by the supplier and is not independently verified or tracked by Lunar Jewellers.
5. Shipping Disputes
Because Lunar Jewellers is not a party to the underlying sale, we are not able to mediate disputes related to delayed, damaged, or lost shipments. Such disputes should be resolved directly between the buyer and supplier businesses. If you believe a business is misusing the platform in connection with a shipping dispute, you may report it to lunarjewellers@gmail.com.
