Refund Policy

1. No Physical Products Sold
Lunar Jewellers is a B2B catalogue and order-request platform. We do not sell, ship, or process payment for any physical jewellery products through our website or mobile application. All product transactions occur directly between the buyer business and the supplier business, outside of the Service, and are governed by terms agreed between those parties — not by this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Payments
Where Lunar Jewellers offers paid subscription plans for access to premium platform features (such as expanded catalogue limits, advanced dashboard tools, or additional user seats), this Refund Policy applies specifically to those subscription payments made directly to Lunar Jewellers Private Limited.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing lunarjewellers@gmail.com. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle; you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund of subscription fees if:
- You were charged in error or charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate billing);
- A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing paid features for a material part of the billing period;
- You cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have not made substantial use of premium features.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
To request a refund, email lunarjewellers@gmail.com with your business account details and the reason for your request. We will review eligible requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Partial billing periods after the 7-day eligibility window has passed;
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions;
- Dissatisfaction with a transaction between a buyer and supplier business, which falls outside our platform and this policy.
